Warranties
MODA3 cannot guarantee the exchange, repair or refund of a defective item. Certain items, for example, snowboards are determined to be defective at the discretion of the manufacturer. Simply put… sometimes it's out of our hands. We inspect all goods before being shipped out, and are confident of the quality of the goods we carry and ship. If you believe your product is defective please follow the returns procedure which begins with contacting us. You will then be given a return authorization, and asked to send it back along with the the return form explaining the defect. We will investigate and take care of it the best we can.
