Thanks for shopping with MODA3.com. All orders placed before 4pm (CST) will be shipped SAME-DAY! Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. At this time, we CAN NOT ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses.

Snowboards & orders over $350 require a "Direct Signature". All other orders require an "In-direct Signature". Some shipments qualify for delivery without a required signature. Please contact customer service for more details. If you feel you must need a signature on any item, please inform us of your request in the "special comments" box located in the checkout process.

How Will My Packaged Be Shipped & When Will It Arrive?

  • Your order will be shipped through FedEx Home Delivery
  • Home Delivery shipments are usually delivered within 1-4 business days. (Holidays, Weather Conditions, or Incorrect Shipping Information may delay shipments)
  • Home Deliveries are delivered Tuesday – Saturday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available for all shipments at an additional cost. Express shipping quotes are available during checkout. (See below for more info.)

3-Day Express Saver, 2-Day Air, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight options are available for most shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MODA3.com is happy to offer international shipping for products that are not restricted by manufacturer's trade agreements. Economy & Priority shipping services are available for all countries. Ground service is available for select parts of Canada. Shipping quotes are available during checkout. (See below for more info.)

Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage fees that are charged by there respective country.

How Long Does An International Shipment Take?
Transit times for international shipments vary but typically take 2-7 business days.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & BROKERAGE FEES

Moda3 ships all international packages 'Delivery Duties Unpaid'. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Moda3 and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and they are assessed to Moda3, the customer's credit card on file will be charged for all fees & late charges associated with the delivered package. If you do not agree to these terms please do not order.

GETTING A SHIPPING QUOTE (INTERNATIONAL & EXPRESS DOMESTIC)

To get a shipping quote follow these steps:

  • Add product(s) to your shopping cart
  • Click "Checkout"
  • Sign-In or create a new account

Pow! You will receive a list of shipping services with the cost & amount of time it will take for your gear to be delivered. Please keep in mind that these charges DO NOT include duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING

If you feel your shipment was damaged in shipping:
Please contact us immediately. Keep the package and all of the packaging in its original form how it arrived to you. If possible, please email us a picture (it would just help us a bit) We will contact the carrier and they will begin their investigation by coming to pick the package up. The claim will be processed by the carrier and the final judgment is at the carriers discretion. Sorry this is just the order of things!

If your package does not show up or is un-traceable (after 1 business week from date of order):
Please contact us immediately and have the following information available:

1) The shipments tracking number or
2) Your order ID number.

We will then contact the carrier in attempt to locate the package. If, in fact, the package is determined to be a lost by the carrier, the carrier will issue us a check for the value of the lost package. We will then either replace and reship the lost merchandise if still in stock or refund your card in full. *Please note that we cannot issue a refund or reship any merchandise until it is confirmed that the carrier will cover the loss of the package. (claim process usually 7-10 business days)
