How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders that are placed Monday – Friday before noon (CDT) are shipped same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). There are some instances when orders will not ship the same day. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my house?
If you have chosen ground shipping you will receive your package within 1-4 business days after ordering. Express shipments & international orders will display the delivery time during the checkout procedure.
International delivery in 6-15 business days on average depending on location. Service time frame is NOT guaranteed. Taxes and Duties due at the time of delivery. Paypal Payment required - No International Credit Cards.

How do I cancel / change my order?
To cancel or change an order, you must call or e-mail us by 11am (CST) with the following info:
- Your order number or e-mail address that the order was placed under
- Exact details of how you would like us to modify your order
If you call or e-mail after 11am, we will do everything possible to correct your order before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee that your order can be modified after 11am (CST).
How do I know my order went through?
After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that states what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped to.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received it please contact customer support: firstname.lastname@example.org
International Shipping and Payment
MODA3 is happy to ship products internationally, however we are only able to accept PAYPAL as payment on all international orders. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still enter all of your credit card information via their system to make payment. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. Some brands are not available for international shipment and we reserve the right to cancel any orders containing these items (i.e. Nike). Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering. All International shipments are subject to import taxes and duties, these are charged at the time of delivery and MODA3 does not collect any of these fees at the time of purchase.

Can I return or exchange gear that I purchased online?
We are happy to return or exchange your gear within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.
MODA3.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of you. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to return or exchange merchandise that falls within the following guidelines.
1.) The merchandise is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, UNLESS we make a mistake on your order, in which case we will send you a prepaid label to cover the shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Note: All sizing charts are approximate as each brand varies in their production. If you have a question as to the exact size of a product, please call and we will be happy to assist you with measurements. If a product does not match up with the provided sizing charts, this does not constitute a mistake on our part and will be treated as a regular return, subject to normal return guidelines.
2.) Tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.
3.) Items are in “new” condition (NO odors, hair or other signs of wear.)
4.) Items are completely resalable.
5.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCONTINUED/DISCOUNTED/SALE MERCHANDISE. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.
6.) 10% RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
7.) ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Before returning a package, simply EMAIL US at email@example.com and request a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached.
Guidelines for packaging and shipping returns and exchanges:
1. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. The manufacturer’s box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURER’S BOX. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to MODA3.com
2. Write the Return Authorization number (provided by MODA3) on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.

If you wish to make an exchange, we recommend you reorder the appropriate item right away to avoid the item being unavailable at the time of your package arrival. Once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition we will then refund you in full for the purchase price of that item.
